伝統に習い、手間を惜しまず素材からすべて手作りで煮込む料理は味に深みを増します。
こだわりのワインとの相性は抜群で、手作りのパンや伝統的なお菓子も愛情を込めてご提供しています。
軽食から本格的なおもてなしまで、多彩なメニューをご用意しております。当店でのみ味わえる、本場の味をお楽しみください。

いつも当店をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当店は小さなレストランとして、限られたスタッフで心を込めてお料理とサービスをご提供しております。
そのため、ランチ・ディナー共に、4〜5日前までのご予約をお願いしております。


ランチメニューは、毎月内容が変わる3種類の「月替わりランチ」をご用意しており、
1,500円よりお選びいただけます。
ディナーは、
2ドリンク制3,500円コース（５品）と
​1ドリンク制5,000円コース（７品）
の2種類をご用意しております。

すべてのお客様にできたてのお料理と、最良の時間をお届けするため、
また食材を大切に扱い、“もったいない
（MOTTAINAI）”の心を大切にするためにも、
事前予約制を採用しております。

オープンから7年間、私たちはこのスタイルが、
お客様のご満足と、食のサステナビリティの両方を守る最良の方法だと感じております。

**Reservation Request and Important Information**


Thank you very much for your continued support.
We are a small restaurant with a limited team, and we prepare each dish with great care.
For this reason, we kindly ask all guests to make a reservation at least 4–5 days in advance for both lunch and dinner.


For lunch, we offer a monthly-changing set menu with
three options starting from 1,500 yen.
For dinner, we provide two course menus:
3,500 yen and 5,000 yen.


To serve freshly prepared dishes and provide the best dining experience to every guest,
and to honor the Japanese spirit of “MOTTAINAI” — reducing waste and valuing food,
we operate based on an advance reservation system.


Throughout our 7 years of experience, we have found that this approach
supports both customer satisfaction and a sustainable way of cooking.
